With its subtle Hawaiian vibe it is a special place to savor our wines. Imagine yourself in an island-inspired oasis with rustic California vibes in the heart of the Santa Ynez Valley. Our tasting room is located on the site of an old horse ranch & barn, which has been fully converted into a tasting room offering a tranquil escape, complete with the welcoming spirit of aloha where you can enjoy a tasting experience that’s both unique and serene.
We feel so proud of our staff that we consider them our O’hana, which means “Family” in the Hawaiian language. Our O’hana is knowledgeable, compassionate and excited to host you on your next visit! Our Family friendly & dog friendly winery is the perfect spot to experience some Aloha spirit in Santa Barbara County.
Our Solvang Wine tasting room is located right off of Highway 246 between Solvang & Buellton. Come in and enjoy some of the best wines in Santa Barbara County.

Kaena at the Ranch invites you to immerse yourself in a Solvang Wine Tasting with the beauty and warmth of the breathtaking vineyard & mountain views. Celebrate the aloha spirit with each sip, making every visit a memorable one. Come and join us for a personal and unforgettable experience in the heart of Santa Barbara wine country, where our Hawaiian roots meet the finest wines in Santa Barbara county at our family & dog friendly winery.
Standard Flight ~ $25 per flight
A mixed flight with five tasting pours of rosé, white & red wines.
White Wines Flight ~ $25 per flight
Five tasting pours of rosé and white wines.
Premium Flight ~ $35 per flight
Five tasting pours of all red wines featuring our Kaena Noir Bordeaux Lineup & other premium wines.
Wines are also available by the Glass & Bottle Daily.
- Reservations are recommended for groups of 6 or more people.

- Please note that last tastings must begin by 4:30pm daily.

Tasting Room Policies & FAQ
Kaena at The Ranch is Family Friendly & Dog Friendly as well. We kindly ask that all dogs be on leash & well behaved. No outside alcohol is allowed. Smoking, vaping, etc. of any substances is prohibited on the grounds of Kaena wine Co. & Kaena at The Ranch at all times.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, Kaena is pet friendly. We kindly ask that all dogs remain on leash at all times & not disturb other guests
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, we do accept walk-ins. Reservations are highly recommended for groups of 6 or more people.
Can I bring my kids?
Yes, Kaena is family friendly. All children must be supervised at all times.
Do you have Indoor & Outdoor Seating?

Are you open if it rains?
