This lively rosé bursts with vibrant notes of juicy strawberry, watermelon  and zesty grapefruit, delivering a refreshing & balanced flavor experience. This rosé is perfect for sipping on a sunny afternoon.

Winemaking Notes:

This wine is made from Grenache Noir (Tierra Alta Vineyard), Grenache Gris (Tierra Alta Vineyard) and Grenache Blanc(La Presa Vineyard), that are grown in the Santa Ynez Valley. A portion of these grapes were de-stemmed and soaked over night before pressing to promote a beautiful pink color. The other portion were transferred directly to the press upon arrival. The juice was fermented using 100% Stainless Steel tanks to promote brightness and freshness. A cold fermentation was performed while utilizing a Rose yeast strain that has its origins in Provence. After fermentation this Rose was aged in stainless steel for 6 months before bottling.
