This is not your typical California Chardonnay. Grown at the Santa Ynez AVA, this Chardonnay is fermented in stainless steel tanks with malolactic fermentation inhibited. Aged in neutral French Oak barrels for 15 months to create a balanced, smooth wine with crisp acidity. Aromas and flavors of tropical papaya, pineapple, yielding to a candied lemon finish. Pair with scallops, delicate white fish, and pasta with cream sauce.
