2023 Hapa Blanc

47% Roussanne, 16% Viognier, 10% Sauvignon Blanc, 8% Grenache Blanc, 8% Vermentino, 8% Riesling, 3% Arneis

Hapa Blanc has always been inspired by my love of Chateau Neuf du Pape, which is why I frame the wine around Roussanne and all its amazing texture and beauty. The Viognier, Chardonnay and Grenache Blanc help to elevate aromatics, while lengthening the wine and bring amazing complexity to the blend. 

TASTING NOTES

A refreshing white blend with bright notes of tropical pineapple, citrus zest, and a hint of honeysuckle, finishing with a crisp minerality. Perfect for pairing with light seafood dishes or enjoying on its own.
