I love making Hapa Red! It is my intention to create a complex wine in likeness of my favorite wine from Priorat, Spain. I also truly believe this wine is a true extension of myself embracing all my multicultural ancestry to create a well-balanced wine with depth, grace and power.

Tasting Notes:

Complex aromas of plum, blackberry, cassis, and raspberry, along with scents of smoked meats, vanilla, lavender, spice and molasses. Big juicy flavors of plum, boysenberry, black cherry, give way to a rich core full of dark chocolate, currant, nutmeg, blackberry, white pepper, and vanilla. The finish is big! With plump tannins that last.
