Hapa Blanc has always been inspired by my love of Chateau Neuf du Pape, which is why I frame the wine around Roussanne and all its amazing texture and beauty. The Viognier, Chardonnay and Grenache Blanc help to elevate aromatics, while lengthening the wine and bring amazing complexity to the blend. A perfect pairing with Hawaiian and Asian cuisine, especially Korean and Thai dishes.

TASTING NOTES

Bright aromas of golden apple, pear, and pineapple, along with hints of vanilla, starfruit, jasmine and baker’s spice. Juicy upfront flavors of pineapple, Asian pear and melon, lead to an exotic core of honeysuckle, beeswax, starfruit, mineral, and spice, finishing with balanced acidity and lasting flavor.
