Ronin is a unique blend representing some the best red wines from the 2020 vintage. The great vineyards of Tierra Alta, Stag Canyon, Sanger, and Estelle come together to create a wine with amazing character and depth of flavor.
Floral on the nose that leads to flavor notes of pineapple, honey, candied ginger, citrus and peach. One-third of the grapes are from the Tierra Alta Vineyard and two-thirds are from La Presa Vineyard.
In memory and with inspiration, this luxuouis red blend is named after our winemaker's favorite grape grower, John William Belfy. John is responsible for planting and growing majority of the fruit that our winemaker sources. This blend composed of 64% Cabernet Sauvignon, 36% Syrah. Giving an elegant jammy notes with a smooth finish on the palate.
Inspired by the bold wines of Priorat, the 2021 Hapa Red is a rich, complex blend that reflects the winemaker’s multicultural heritage. With juicy flavors of plum, boysenberry, and black cherry, complemented by dark chocolate, spices, and a big finish, this limited-production wine offers depth, grace, and power—perfect for enjoying now or aging for up to 15 years.
The 2019 vintage is simply the best of the decade, and this Cabernet from Stag Canyon is proof. With deep aromas, rich flavors, and a complex finish, this small-production wine was aged in Chateaux Margaux-inspired French oak and is perfect for enjoying now or cellaring for up to 20 years.
Intense with dark aromas of blackberry, plum, and mulberry, plus notes of sandalwood, chocolate, and cedar. Bold plum and berry flavors lead to a core of dark chocolate, leather, and coffee, ending with rich tannins.
