Tasting Notes:

Dark aromas of plum, raspberry and pomegranate along with clove, chard meats, sweet pipe tobacco, violet and molasses. Bold flavors of raspberry, pomegranate and plum are echoed in the mouth, followed be a delicious core of red licorice, mineral, cocoa, sweet suede leather and spicy vanilla. The finish is long and savory with plush tannins. Drink now or age for 3-10 years.
